ok guys I promise to try and make this sort & to the point..
Audi A5 2009 MMI issues, 3g I think, has hard drive with media player
started rebooting and freezing a long time ago and carried on doing so some time, twice a day some times or twice a week, no pattern! but has always come back until now.
(No screen i.e. black and no control panel lights with none of the buttons working)
CD drive unit works i.e. moves and ejects discs, DVD drive the same.
I can do a soft reboot i.e. pressing the three buttons and the unit behind dash does make a power down noise.
Checked all the fuses all ok?
Disconnected the battery for 10 minutes no change?
unplugged and re connect most if not all of the units in the passengers rear wheel arch nothing?
There seams to be a slight low pitch noise from the speakers but very low maybe me but I'm sure its there?
HELP coz I'm going crazy without satnav and music..
