Help please with vag-com code

hello on my way home today my car just went funny like it was missing i got it home just and the vag-com came up with this code


01252 / fuel injector (n33) 28-00 short to b+


can anyone help please

mate check the wiring to injector on cylinder no4 also check check fuse for injector circuit. If these look ok swop injector on 4 with another one reset VAG-COM and see if the fault moves. Then you will know that the injector has gone bad.

cheers mate is it known for injectors to go bad like that if one is messed up should i get uprated ones?

i moved the injectors over 4 to 3 and the code moved also to n32 so its got to be the injector


now does anybody have a std one in the northwest area or know where i can get one asap

Glad you know that it is the injector mate. Dont think you need uprated ones unless you go for a big turbo setup.
