HELP! :: No Response From Controller

Trying to activate RNS-E (Sat nav/TV) on a friend's A4 (B7).

I have all the codes required but cannot access module 37-Navigation or 56-Radio. I get the error "No response from controller".

Has anyone had this before or had experience activating RNS-E?

(Using HEX + CAN USB cable supplied by Ross-Tech).

Turned out there was no K-line wire on the sat nav/radio. All fixed now!
