Help needed for retrofit

hi everyone, i have a 2014 Audi S6 C7. and i have fitted an Audi RS3 2015 flat bottom steering wheel to it. the horn works and the wheel lights up. however none of the buttons works or the paddle shift. So is there anyone out there who can make it to work properly on my car. many thanks

everything is the same, same exact buttons in exactly same place aswell. the steering wheel lights up horn works however buttons don’t work

If you're previous steering wheel didn't have the same buttons and paddle shifters (or even if they did), then it's most likely they are not coded or there is some fault registered in the steering wheel control module.

You'll need access to VCDS or similar dealer level diag tools with the ability to code the options/investigate the issue for your new wheel.
