Help needed Audi A3 8v streering wheel

Hi new to the site I have got a A3 just upgraded the streering wheel to the new on but none off the button work on it is there any over parts that I need to get them working thanks

Your previous wheel had MFSW buttons aswell?

If so, check your wires, then you dont need any coding and it should just be plug and play.
