Help kids put something inside CD player

hi I was cleaning the Mrs b8 a4 teknik the other day and now the cd won't play and we've since discovered our daughter has put something in the cd slot does anyone know if the CD player comes out or have any ideas the wors thing about it is the sat nav now won't work as you need the nav disc in

Not a huge help. But you can move the nav data onto a SD card whilst you work it out.

Thanks for your reply any idea how to move the sat nav cd onto an sd card as think there expensive to buy from Audi I would prefer an sd as at least I could use the cd at same time does anyone else know how to remove the CD player
