Help Going From Me3.8.3 To Me7.5

I have a3 agu 98 me3.8.3 . I want to install the newer ecu .
I dont want vvt and n249 .
What parts i need?
Any aum ecu
Engine loom
Throttle body
New style coils
New clocks
What else ?
Do i need to change the interior loom too?

Maf ,02 sensor, ecm relay, cam sensor disc to multi window type.

an update
i bought already
pedal with accel sensor
aum ecu,clocks ,alarm,door lock and key
aum engine loom
tt throttle body
knock sensors ,coolant temp sensor, lambda and maf, coils pack and cooling fan relay.
i have injectors too but i understand i need spacers for agu manifold.
vvt and sai and other few sensors will remove it from ecu.
the thing i'm worried about if someone know is the interior loom do i need to replace it too?
ill start to install the parts in couple of weeks ill update.
