Help!! can't get into my car. fob not working

key fob suddenly stopped working this morning and also i can't even get into the car by just using the key in the door for some reason.

don't have a spare key either

changed the battery and still the same. any ideas ?

Your car might have lost the codes so it won't recognise your key or the key might have lost the code .. Can you open the boot ??

Have you tried putting the key in the door lock and pressing the lock and unlock buttons .. Like you would when you put the key in the ignition and doing the same

the key won't even go in the door I'm afraid but yes i can open to boot with it which is strange

You sure your problem is your key fob as you said your key won't go in the door ..sounds like your lock has stuck

lock was ceased, I've not used it via key in the lock since I've owned it which is 2 years, took some force and WD40 to loosen it up.

now I can get in I'm guessing ill have to sync the fob with the car to use the fob again.
