Help! 2.0TDI Bmn fault code P2002 dpf problem

Basically car has gone into limp mode and is saying dpf fault.

VCDS is saying dpf only 20% blocked??
Pressure is around 13mb when on tick over.

Can't force regen as can't get temperatures high enough.

Any gurus shed any light or previous experience.

Really appreciate any help as can see this getting a bit expensive.
