Hello guys I'm new to the site and I'm in need of your help.

Hello all I'm hoping you can help me out.
To cut a long story short my car has been in a body shop for a respray.
Anyway the problem is now the boot will not open fully. They Have done the Audi boot reset. But it goes back to the same position.

Anyway I'd like to get some input on what you think it could be I know it's a peace off string question.

But I'd like some some input
IMHO I believe someone has forced the boot down. But I'm open to other people's input on what it might be

There's been zero problems with the boot until it's been at body shop. So clearly they have created the fault.

Hi yes that what was done. But it doesn't store the hight after it just keeps going to point it's stuck at. I wonder if maybe battery low as it's been with the shop almost 4 months

Ok update I went to car place today they not got my car is now at Audi.

But the guy said it might be the struts. So guess have to see. That's going to be from getting forced.
