Good morning I have been experiencing a problem with my audi a3 1.8 8l 2000model. The blower works perfectly fine but it takes more than 40min to blow hot air, how can I resolve this issue. TIA

Hey mate, this may be related to the thermostat being stuck open - does the temperature gauge show the engine reaching operating temp? I had the same issue with really poor heater performance before I replaced my thermostat.

Yes the temp gauge does reach 90° after 30min idling then that's when the heater starts blowing warm air but too hot. I have to run the engine approximately for hour for it to blow hot air

100% you need a new thermostat it should be warmed up in about 5 minutes of Driving
