Heated seats retrofit installation help? audi a3 8p

Kufatec makes the most incredible difficult to read instructions and won't include pictures in how to lay the cable.

This thread has been revived a number of times already so why not throw another question in here!

If I already have working heated seats in my S3 8P, with climate etc all working. Do I still need a Kufatec loom to fit A5 heated seats or can I use the existing loom with some modification?
