I'm trying to find all the parts needed to fit heated rear seats to my car,
Has anyone got a list of part numbers I would need to complete the job, or
even the parts I could buy.

Any help much appreciated

Good luck finding the heated back seats lol, rare find.
Kufatec sells complete looms for this so you dont have to create your own.

Haha I know, I've managed to find the rear seat switch so far.

I was thinking of using front seat heat matts

Thats not going to work. You need to fold the switch underneath the bench itself. The original connector is a flat connector.

Maybe you can hardwire it or crimp it with terminals.

And the rear seat heating goes from 2 connectors in the midconsoke to 1 flat connetor in the bench itself. Its not that both sides have their own connector. They are both dedicated to 1 flat connector.

Nevertheless, make some pics because if this succeeds im highly interested in doing this too lol.

I can find the productsnumbers for you tomorrow if you’d like.

This is a retrofit cable for heated rear seats, Kufatec sells them.

if you could that would be great. ill have a look on the Kufatec site for the cable

so the kufatec cable goes from the switch panel at the back of the centre console to the rear seat heat mats?
does it also take power from the central electrics?

Can I just ask why you want to do this? My S3 has heated rear seats and they never get used . If you’re close to West Midlands you’re welcome to come and look at mine

I'm near norwich so bit of a drive to have a look.
I just like the idea of having all the extras, I'm fitting auto lights and wipers at the same time
