Headlights 8l A3..

Thinking about changing headlights but in the meantime may look to tidy up exisisting ones..
Is it possible to buy just the clear plastic from the front of the headlight to replace?
and
Will all s3/a3 headlight models fit my 2000 A3?

are yours the lights with indicators in them? i.e facelift headlights or same as earlier models which have seperate indicators?

you can refurbish the current ones with some wet and dry sandpaper and polish. there's a thread on here with pics somewhere.

The headlights and indicators are all contained in the one unit..
Would try wet and dry sandpaper method but looks like an electrical buffer would be needed to do a proper job,
the reason i want to change the fronts is that the drivers side is condensation filled with a water stain on the inside and when
trying to clear using full beams the passenger side platic began to crack and warp slightly..
