Headlight washer jets/nozzle 2008

Iv noticed that my drivers side headlight washer nozzle is missing on my Audi A4 sline. After doing a bit of research I see this is a common problem due to them freezing and pushing the nozzle out. There is quite a big audi breakers near my house and was hoping maybe to get just the nozzle and fit it. If not and i have to get the whole jet does the whole front bumper have to come off to fit it or is there another way ?

Hi beanbag, I have the exact same issue and have struggled to get a hold of a set of these nozzles as both of mine r missing.
Seen a set on eBay awhile back but they were like 30 quid. I just go through alot of screen wash lol. U can disable them with vagcom as they r useless anyway.
Good luck mate

If you use the correct mixture of screenwash during the winter you'll have no issues with them pushing out.

No, the bumper doesn't need to come off, you can access them from behind the fog light grill.

I know. Had to order one from the dealer .. £67 delivered. Went for a new one for the sake for £20 because used ones on ebay were £45.

When I first got my avant I read somewhere that it's best to use the genuine VAG screen wash as others seem to block them up. Sounds like bs to me but mine had been replaced before I got it & i've stuck with the genuine screen wash & not had any problems. It's s bit more expensive but could potentially work out cheaper in the long run.

I don't use Audi screen wash and also never have a problem. The secret is to not let it run dry and not put too much additive in the mix as it goes off giving that horrible smell.
