Headlight part number help.

Can anyone tell me what the letters mean at the end of the part number on an A4 Cabriolet headlight?
i.e. Mine is 8H0 941 004 AD and as it is a bit chipped i was gunna get a different one but this has a part number 8H0 941 004 C.
Are they different? If so how?
