Headlight Aim

Hi all,
Once again, a noob question but on my 2009 A3, I have the halogen headlights with manual aim control 0, I, II, III.

For everyday driving, what aim shall I put my headlights on?

All depends on your vision. Everyone is different hence the ability to alter its level

When mine was manual I had it so it was on whichever have the furthest vision. Reason for the options are if you've got weight in the back you can lower them as not to blind on coming cars

Level 0 is the highest and I get the feeling it might be dazzling drivers

Set it to 0 then adjust the lights with the screws on top of the headlight to bring them down to the correct legal driving level. Best time is during your MOT to get it perfect. Or just leave it and use setting 1 if 0 is too high. Or drive round on 0 and when people flash you just flash back and wave like I used too lol
