Head light washer cover

Question about the caps. I don’t know how it was before because somebody else removed the headlight washer covers from my old bumper for me. After i installed the covers on the new s line bumper, it seems that the covers itself are “loose” like it’s able to move a little bit vertically. Is this as it should be? I originally thought the caps are like 100% fixed after attachtment so you can’t move it at all, like not even 1 mm. But it seems like it can move a little bit?

Have you considered a tiny blob of clear silicone in the clip slots to hold them?

I actually found out that it might be a little bit flexible , see this clip, the cover will bend a little bit when opening up and just before closing. So I guess it shouldn't totally like ''unmovable''
