Has anybody done.... (Engine conversion question)

So whilst I know the B6 came with a petrol and diesel 3.0 option, the 3.0tdi that the B6 was fitted with, seems to be a bit limited in power and tuning potential.

Has anybody transplanted a 3.0tdi that came in the B8/B8.5 car, for example the 245ps CDUC engines?

If not, does anybody know why?
This makes for an interesting tuning project, as @bobby singh has a 600+bhp/1100Nm B8 that's prowling the streets of Berkshire and a B6 with something even remotely close to these specs would make for hilarious Porsche-baiting!

Pretty sure the b6 only went up to 2.5 TDI, but anything is possible with deep enough pockets.

Bobby will happily tune up that engine in any number of Audi's so just get him to work his magic on a b8 A4

Quite right and I did know that.... Not sure why I noted the derv... Maybe because it's V6 and my lazy brain just equated it as the same‍ or maybe it's our little-un running rings round mummy and I

Bobby has tuned my old B8 CDUC with a 2260 and it ended up faster than my S3 8V. I was a very happy boy and this is basically my idea if it can be shoehorned in, without obscene costs.
I don't mind having to get custom intercoolers, pipework and mounts... Or even fettling a bulkhead for a gearbox... But if the lump doesn't fit between the firewall and slam panel, then all bright ideas are off.... Either that or EA888 with some obscene work to drag it's torque figure up. Granted, it'll never get anywhere near a Bobby tuned CDUC but it would still be silly quick and shock a lot of stuff.
