Hands free quality

Hi all,

Does anyone else have people tell them that their hands free sound quality is awful? I constantly have been people tell me that it sounds like I’ve got all my windows open!

What i have found is if windows and sunroof is closed all is fine for them on the other end but if the sunroof is open its terrible.
