Haldex

Hi.

don’t really know a lot about them other than it’s parts of the 4wheel drive system. How often do they need servicing/ new fluids etc?

 

You're probably better of posting this in the A3/S3 section, as that's the platform that uses the Haldex 4WD system. A4 platforms all use the Torsen permanent system.

 

Arh, ok, I thought the haldex was used on the Quattro system. One less problem to look out for on a dynamik then

 

If your car has the s-tronic gearbox then that does need a fluid change every 38K

 

Haldex = fake quattro mate it won't be an issue for you!
