8V S3 doesn’t have a external oil filter for haldex. So you don’t need a haldex spanner.
You just need a 8mm hex socket for drain plug and a 5mm hex socket for fill plug. If i was you i would also remove the haldex pump and drain and clean it out due to lack of filter. If memory serves me right you will need a 11mm socket or T30 torx. Just remember to get a new seal for pump.

I thought I read something in one of the recent mags. that, according to one of the independents/tuners there is a filter in the Haldex unit and you can get replacements BUT the dealers do not seem to know about it ........................so it's never changed.

There is a small filter on the end of the haldex pump which is only exposed when you pull the pump off. It's a clean and re-use one.
There’s a filter inside on the pre charge pump.
Most withdraw the pump after draining the oil and clean the filter gauze.
