Gt1752mfs hybrid leeking oil

My gt 1752 Mfs hybrid is leaking oil it's been fitted for about 8 months and coverd about 10k any ideas what's gone wrong ? Seals gone ? The car is a 2.0 tdi bkd with a generic remap

it needs cleaning off, running up and checking for leaks, id say its the oil feed pipe leaking tbh
