Grab handle bolts

Hi guys after some help came to do my double din conversion but cant get my 8mm socket into the holes in the ashtray grab handle to undo the 2 bolts on the grab handle that point upwards anyone have any ideas thanks

The two bolts that point upwards are both allen key bolts, think 6mm if i remember from when i did mine.
