Google Maps stopped working!

Hi All,

My google maps have stopped working and a new screen that I have never seen before keeps showing with a loading icon that does nothing.

Check your internet connection / Sim Card.

Yeah got internet connection and data on the Sim! Just never seen this screen before. Sat babe will work for first few minutes then get this screen. ****** annoying!

Try resetting the MMI. Press up on both silver switches (nav/map & radio) and press down on the control wheel all at once

I'm still getting this screen approx 5 mins into using it. It has the loading icon but doesn't actually do anything. I haven't seen this screen before until recently. Any ideas?

What has the dealership said, have you taken the car in to them?

No I don't live near a dealership and too busy to visit one.
