Google logo partly greyed out

Hi Is there a reason that's it's partly greyed out?
This is on an 2015 a6 with tech poack.

Yes its because earlier generations of Audi (such as yours( are no longer compatible since Google made a change to how it interacts.
Some models can be made to work again, someone else might be able to help you with that
