So as I have my first child on the way I've been considering change my A6 saloon for something more practical, after much consideration I decided on exactly the same car in avant guise

It's strange how some of the spec differs from the saloon, different front bumper, different interior lights and no memory/elec seats

Tempted to get an RS6 grille so open to options/advice on this, apart from that the car is pretty much complete for my needs!

There was MY17 model update, so memory seats, folding mirrors and (one other option which I cannot remember) came as standard for both saloon and Avant

well i managed to update my sat nav to the 2019 maps... could be the modifications complete lol

Or if you have a sim in the car you can do it over air, but it’s 19gb for Europe lol

Only if you have a facelift vehicle and the tech pack. Otherwise the only official route is via the dealer and costs upwards of £150. Also you only get 5 free updates over the first 3 years of the vehicles life

quick update, nothing major changed, fitted the black rings from my saloon to the front, removed all other badges completely - but the rear left a raised imprint? so i have added a black rear badge

got a couple of wrap ideas to tweak the look slightly...

Do you get 5 free upgrades for sd card version or do you have to pay? Mine is two years old and is stuck on 2017 maps. Purchased from the dealer direct.
