Hi there,
Im hoping some of you may be able to help. As the A3 is now on 95,000 miles and the springs (rear) need changing, im thinking it may be easier to just change all of the suspension (shock and springs all round). I have been offered some new shocks and springs from a MK5 GTI for a good price, so im considering buying it.
However, I dont know if it will fit? Does it matter that it is from a 2.0T Petrol, but going on to a 2.0T Diesel? Finally, I believe the A3 is currently on 'Sport' suspension. Will it keep the car at the same height or will it lower at all?

Thanks,
Luke

Yeah will fit no worries, not sure about it lowering your car tough but the GTI is more likely to have S line ride height so you may see a 10mm lowering on the GTI set up.
