Glove box question?

Hi, I've done a quick search and can't find the answer.

Does anyone know what the little black clips are for inside the glove box? There on the part that folds down, not the sd card slot. I'll try and take a pic in the morning, I'm just really curious.

Mine has the audi-assist card in there. Seems the right size/shape to hold a card so I'm guessing that's what it's for.
 
I know. Not exciting really is it? But then again, neither is the glove box - it's so small compared to other cars I've had there's not much more you can get in there other than your manual and a pencil !
 
Hey, this thread's just warming up. I was hoping to see what pens or pencils would fit in that clip

Perfect for a back-up insulin pen or adrenalin shot :) Should you so require.

Also good for stopping small snakes moving about in the cabin.

Now, that's someone thinking outside the box. I think we were underestimating that poor clip.

A pic of a restrained snake would top that ;)

Or a clipped in Bic, with the addition of a American Express Centurion (Black) in the card holder. That would score higher too.

Ever since i got rid of the A3 my snake has been free to explore my wifes Ibiza. As soon as i get my S3 it will be restrained once more :) Pics to follow mid January

If it's what I think it is, I have always used it to slot my iPhone into :)
 
Only thing in my glove box is the manual wallet and the current Tax disc, all my other storage area's in my car don't have anything in them either. I like to be minimalistic.
 
He hasn't detailed it, he's been lazy, and it's absolutely filthy!!! ;)
