Glove box question?

Hi, I've done a quick search and can't find the answer.

Does anyone know what the little black clips are for inside the glove box? There on the part that folds down, not the sd card slot. I'll try and take a pic in the morning, I'm just really curious.

Mine has the audi-assist card in there. Seems the right size/shape to hold a card so I'm guessing that's what it's for.

I know. Not exciting really is it? But then again, neither is the glove box - it's so small compared to other cars I've had there's not much more you can get in there other than your manual and a pencil !

If it's what I think it is, I have always used it to slot my iPhone into

Only thing in my glove box is the manual wallet and the current Tax disc, all my other storage area's in my car don't have anything in them either. I like to be minimalistic.

Exhaust polish and sealed and de-ironising count as detailing. Wheel polishing and sealing at weekend then into paintwork another weekend for clay and seal.

I do a brilliant job, this time of year and how busy I am it's being done in stages. Can't take a week off to do it lol.
