SQ5 Gearbox

anyone changed oil and filter on sq5 with tiptronic gearbox,and differential.

Not yet, having it done at 5 year service in January. My local garage (independent Audi specialist owned by Audi Master Technician) informed me the gearbox oil doesn't need changing until 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes sooner.

Update for you. Booked car in for service and apparently the gearbox oil doesn't need changing after all. Not required until around the 70 to 80,000 mark. Very surprised but pleased my local indi is saving me money and not doing unnecessary work. Wonder what the main dealer would have said??

I had zf8 gearbox oil changed at about 70,000 ****** fortune if I remember rightly? At a good friend (who owns the garage) garage. Haven’t mustered up the courage to do the diffs yet. Intrested to see some quotes too.

About right for an automatic gearbox, some though are changing theirs at 50-60k...
