Gearbox jolt issue whilst driving on Audi A6 C7

hi there,
i am seeking help regarding an issue i am facing with my audi a6 c7 gearbox, i am told that it is not gearbox but after explaining ill appreciate if someone shed abit of light on it
so from past few months my car will jolt or jerk just before shifting into upper gear if you start from stationary.
the gearbox would not grind it down shifts and upshifts as normal but this jolt sometime stalls my car if i am stationary say on traffic light and press the padel. i will quickly have to put it in neutral or parking and press start button. on some occasions it would jolt again and stalls but rarely second time but once it start moving into upper gear it would jolt.
it dont happen everytime but once or twice a day. i am abit sick and tired of it.

Hi mate, just resolved the same issue with mine. Took it to German Autocare in Wakefield, diagnosed a faulty mechatronics unit. £4.5k and 2 days in the garage it’s as good as new.

apparently it’s a common issue
