Gear knob

Hi can anyone tell me if the 8v a3 gear knob fits the 8p model as I need a new one, could anyone tell me where to get one aswell

you can get if from scrap yard, ebay, dealer, anyway you will modify it to fit, as surrounding is different, also don't know if the stick itself got same diameter.

I decided to go for an S3 one same age as my car didn't want to take the risk cheers for the reply

Are there a 5-speed 8V gear box out there? I thought all the 8V have at least 6 speeds. If so, no 8V gear knob would fit the OP's car.

Surely there MUST be another gear knob I can put on; is there no aftermarket mod companies that sell them? For my Honda Civic I used Skunk2...
