yes , was on e bay made him an offer might have paid too much still but i like it , should have checked the dealer price
not sure if it will come with fitting instructions ?

Ah right i know a website that sells them german based lots of other parts too cheaper

I paid £76 including delivery from Germany.
Easy to fit apart from the metal clip which secures the knob onto the shaft.
Got it from ebay couple of weeks ago.

I think there's a workshop diagram on the Internet.
On another forum there's a step by step guide which I followed.

The only thing I struggled with was squeezing the new clip together I tried with mole grips but couldn't do it they kept slipping off the clip
So I took it to the audi garage a technician produced a special tool and did it in about 5 seconds with no charge.

fitted this today , have to say noto ly does it look good , it makes gear changes better too

I think this is the ebay number, audi entry osnabrucke or something very similar
Item has gone up since I bought mine thinks it's £90 they must have cotoned on that it was very cheap.
There's a few variations on stiching colours.
Still lot cheaper than UK audi

Picture of the item I bought from Germany ( I pad picture no flash).
I researched the item another forum and there's no difference.
I think it's just the way the pictures been took.
You could always check with Audi?

Purchased one from Kufatec in Germany. Managed to get Black with black stitching.. Looks good. Will get it fitted this weekend.
