Where have you seen a full LED replacement headlight that is also E-certified ( ECE R112 regulation ) and street legal ?

You didn't specify they had to be certified but fortunately for you most if not all of them are. I've had b7 led DRL headlights which ended up flickering, b6 led rear lights which ended up flickering, led sidelight bulbs which had parts of them start to die and flicker, LED indicators which flashed red instead of amber, probably other stuff I've forgot, only thing that worked out was interior lights which I love. My friend has a Jaguar with full LED headlights and when his indicator blew he had to replace the entire light assembly (£200+) food for thought.
