Guys need your help diagnosing this problem, P0087 fuel pressure too low. Usually happens when climbing up hill.

Not sure if it's the same design, but had an A3 axx engine, fuel pump end had been ground down by the hole in the cam follower allowing the cam to rub on the nipple end, resulting in low fuel pressure.

What's the engine code?

As it's a tfsi, if it's the same design, then I'd check this asap as it's ****** expensive to repair if it's this issue, if it is this then you maybe lucky to catch it before cam damage.

Speculation of course, could be other simpler reasons, but no harm checking.

It was changed with an after market one a few years ago, it maybe of low quality so I'll start there. My engine code is a BWT.
