Fuel leak issue

Hey all,

I filled my Audi up as normal last week and yesterday, to the top, until the pump clicked. I went to to pay and noticed fuel relatively heavily leaking from the undercarriage of the car all over the forecourt! (id say a good couple of litres in total, highly embarrassing)

I thought it was potentially just a freak issue with the pump last week but twice in a row?! Any ideas what may be going on causing this initial leak? Is there some sort of overflow unit that could be malfunctioning?

If it's just a couple of litres and only when you fill the tank then the filler neck may have a leak or not be connected properly to the tank. If you remove the rear wheel and arch liner you can see the filler, check for a leak there perhaps.
