Fuel gauge

i filled my s3 tank to top today with vpower but my gauge isnt showing full??

Not exactly the same as you but the STP stuff sorted it,still ok many months later.Might be worth a try.

I've had this a few times, I think the float in the tank sticks sometimes. Mine sorts itself out pretty soon after.

I've bought a replacement in tank / "fuel level sender" unit from Ebay recently. £30.

Might be that... Best use VAGCOM & scan copying the codes in here for help to be sure. That's what I ended up doing

Thanks guys put some stp stuff in see how it goes

Had this issue years ago had to remove the float and clean up the contacts on the level sender.
