Fuel cap flap replacement?

So like an idiot I've managed to snap my fuel cap flap so I was wondering about what parts I would need to replace and the difficulty of the work, hoping for a quick and easy fix. Anyone have any insight?

It's been super glued in the pictures but I'm sure you can see where it's broken.

looks like a 3 door, so part number is 8P0809999F.
price from an audi dealer is £27.82 inc vat.
assume you have the painted cover part intact.

one on ebay, genuine and new for £14 delivered.

to replace:
follow the attached guides, starting with the motor. to access the motor, youll need to remove the boot trim on the drivers side of the boot.

Thank you I'll order the part now, not sure about installing it myself though as I've literally no experience with car maintenance.
 
Anyone know how to remove the motor?
