The options list on this car is huge. I was told every large Audi dealer is forced by Audi to order one crazy spec car to display all possible factory options – this is that car - originally ordered and specified by the first private owner in conjunction with a dealership director, kept as the director’s company car for a few months (not a demonstrator) then sold to the pre arranged one owner who kept the car until I purchased it in late 2019.
Non-factory modifications :
Ghost CanBus anti-keyless-theft/carjacking Immobiliser
Wheels changed to smaller 20” genuine Audi wheels with Falken tyres to improve the ride and get rid of the lethal split-prone Dunlop 21” tyres (google “split Dunlop tyres”!). Insurers were ok as these were a factory option anyway.
Partially debadged
Kufatec programmable exhaust sound booster (childish but fun!)
Spare wheel.
Two keys, full book pack, the original sales brochure and price/options list, full service history with Audi/Audi specialist. One small chip to one alloy wheel (Eurotunnel!). Football scuff to rear bumper. I think one rear quarter has been painted at some point. Drivers seat bolster has slight wear. Suspension arms/bushes replaced due to slight play not serious enough for an MOT advisory.
It drives itself even down to a stop, self steers on motorways with just an occasional touch on the steering wheel the same as Tesla AutoPilot, incredibly surefooted, fast and economical getting over 600 miles to a tank on long trips. Immensely quick for a diesel – 650 Nm of torque means huge mid range performance and overtaking in total safety – the BiTDI is the quickest A7 to date - all of the current A7 30/40/50 range wouldn’t see which way a BiTDI went. Deeply impressive build quality and completely effortless to drive, for hours at a time if needed – Manchester to southern Portugal in 2 days no problem at all. Only selling as I fancy a change… again.
Viewings : no groups of idiots, cleared funds only, car will be initially blocked in for viewings, I’ll need a few hours notice before a viewing please. I’ve seen it all before so don’t bother trying - serious buyers only please – life’s too short.
