front suspension mounts

I think thats what these are called. I was out checking oil in the car and then saw this. Its on both sides so is this normal or have i got a problem. Thanks

They are done get new ones.

Suspension top mounts. Sold as a pair usually.

Thanks can always count on good info on here. Is there a better set to get or just go original. Car is not lowered all that is just standard at the min.
