Front Suspension Creak

Hi all and happy new year to everyone,

My car (3.2 Sportback Sline) has developed creaking front suspension, noticable at low speeds for example going over speed humps or reversing off the low kerb outside my house. It seems to be mainly coming from the driver's side if I stick my head in the middle of the car.

Have done a quick search on the forum but most posts seem to relate to the older 8L A3. I am sure, however, that others have mentioned a similar problem in the past. If so, can you help, and how did you resolve it please?

Most likely to be one of the bushes on the front anti-roll bar that has started to break up - or the bar under it is rusting. Happened a lot with the Mk1 TTs.
