If you have had to lower the front subframe and need it realigned you can do so easily with the factory wheel brace (I actually had two of them) You simply push the handle end into the alignment holes before tightening the subframe bolts. The wheel brace is a really tight fit so there's no way that you can go wrong, I hope this helps someone out.

QC, really interested in this, steering has never really quite felt right since I had the sump off.

What do you mean though, by factory wheel brace?

Any pics of tool or alignment holes. Seems strange that they'd slot the bolt holes and then use a tool.

Use the wheel key, I had two, one for each side, they are a really tight fit so no chance of it being out of line.
Push the wheel key into the alignment holes then tighten the subframe up.

I don’t think it was designed like that intentionally?
Anywho, the older wheel keys, the opposite end used to fit the spark plugs, do you remember that?
