Front sport seats RS4 B7

Hi picked up a 07 Red RS4 Cab just 2 weeks ago must say coming from M3,s this car is ticking every box at the moment, although its only done 20,000 miles the drivers seat is pretty well knackered on the side bolsters, i bought it from an Audi dealership who said they will do the seat, but i have found a Seat for sale what i want to know is do the seats break down enough to be able to use the passengers seat for the drivers side, as i will already have the shell so all the controls will stay on the right side anyone done this? alternatively how much for a new seat? cheers

no you cant use them like that
but if audi are going to repair why spend on it ?
also trimmer could do the repair cheap ish

might of been a fat previous owner ! and getting it and out quite often and the leather not looked after very well i.e never been leather cleaned or wiped. I leather wipe my seats every week to keep them supple and new and not as much wear to keep the brilliant even when it gets older
