front speaker adaprtors

just got new speakers for xmas and really want to fit them but as its new years eve etc so no post until next week

any way of fitting my new speakers to the front without adpartors ???

by spacing them out and drilling a hole in the door card without seeing it??

just really want music again been a while since had any musice while driving

Not really no... especially if you want actual high fidelity sound from them... you may as well leave them connected in the box if planning to fit them like that...

8L front speakers use 3 screws and are a smaller size to the typical 13cm replacements people buy... bodging them in won't sound any better than playing tunes from your phone..

Andymac has some nice MDF ones, would work fine. Also you have a max mounting depth of 54mm or so...

with the old speakers removed and the great andy mac adaptors;

and the new speakers screwed down;

this is a comparison between the two;

once i have finished my audio upgrade im going to start a thread on all i have done

No you can only fit 5.25" components in the front

so there Is no way to fit 16.5cm speakers in the front of an s3 8l ?!
even using 18mm mdf adapters ?
