Front passenger door will not unlock no matter what I do in car settings!!

Hello all.
I have noticed since the weather has picked up since last week that whenever I unlock my car all will open except for the front passenger door, I have to unlock it from the inside. Have gone into settings on the MMI and no matter what I do it won't open. I wonder if it is anything to do with the heat!

Take the door card off and have a look onto the door lock mechanism/piston if it's working properly. Check the voltage also.
I haven't seen any setting in mmi to open or not to open particular door. This must be from the locking system as you cannot open the door from outside also. You can open them from inside as it was always possible. It overrule lock option

Been covered may times, the only solution is to replace the door lock. Unfortunately a very very common fault on the C6. Did a quick write-up on replacing the lock. http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/thread...ebuild-and-repair-thread.211351/#post-2101992

Also expect the drivers door to fail in the same way, rear doors appear to be unaffected.

Going to try and fix this problem myself...looks pretty straightforward enough, do you have to move the window frame much in order to get the door lock module out does anyone know?

No but it does make life easier, and there is only a few bolts holding the windows frame in place.
