Front parking sensors question

is there a bumper specifically for front parking sensors or is it just a matter of installing front parking sensors onto the 'plain' bumper ?

Parking sensor locations are marked on the inside of your bumper / grill (some clip in) and a special tool is used to effectively punch a hole without damaging your paint. Parking sensor mounts are then bonded to the locations so the sensors can be clipped in.
