Does anyone know how to fit one of these? Do they slip over the existing part or does it replace it?

Try the above thread. I think the bumper is an S line v the one in pic above which looks as though it's non s line, but it could shed some light.

Yeah that’s my front bumper on that link ,but I’m not sure if the black bit covers what’s already there or replaces it?
Best to get under the bumper on your car and take some pics.
Another option is to search for your bumper on ebay and check out the images - you may be able to see how that is held together and further insight

The bottom lip trim slips over the top of a support in the bumper, it's held on by 3 push pins (underneath) and four torx screws (from the back, accessible after removing the undertray).
The grey part can then be slid off forwards.
