front anti roll bar diameter?

as above, looking to replace the bushes on 2003 s3 and just wanted to check what diameter i needed

The fronts should be 19mm if they are still standards.

Some people have bought 19mm bushes and they've been too tight. I got 20mm super pro bushes and they fitted perfect.
