Hey all,

Has anyone with a tdi added a performance exhaust? And if so what were the results?

I'm looking to add one, would prefer a sportier sound but nothing too loud or silly, mainly after a better turbo sound than I currently have.

Also I've heard performance exhausts can reduce low down torque? Is this true?

Found a place called fastlane styling in romford they seem decent.. looking at the best price too.

I did the res delete and dp on my 1.8tfsi and I am very happy with the result. Idle sounds a bit louder but not ridiculously loud and get the burps and farts when flooring it.

Nice, petrols will always sound better than diesels, had a 1.4 cod a1 loan car the other week n that made a great sound!

The way that thing covered ground for a 1.4 was shocking!

Has anyone with a diesel on this forum done a straight pipe/performance exhaust?

I really like the sound of the bitdis and was wondering if a performance exhaust would make the same sound..
